At Trading With Sidhant LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality financial education. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or credits may be granted for courses and subscriptions purchased on our Platform.

2. One-Time Course Purchases

2.1 Eligible for Refund

•        Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of course content has been accessed

•        Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved within 5 business days

•        Duplicate payment confirmed by our payment team

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

•        Requests made after 7 days of the purchase date

•        Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed

•        Downloadable resources or bonuses already accessed or downloaded

•        Live or cohort-based programs (e.g., Step 2 to 1% Mentorship) once commenced

•        Purchases made under promotional or discounted pricing

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, retaining access until the end of the current period.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

A prorated refund may be considered if a cancellation is submitted within 14 days of initial purchase and less than one month's content has been accessed. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

•        Include your registered email, order ID or payment reference, and reason for request

•        Our team will review and respond within 5 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly discourage chargebacks without first contacting support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes amicably.
